Ami’s Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points.

REFLEXOLOGY & CUPPING

Reflexology is a type of massage that involved applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands and ears.

Our Cupping involves suction which provides negative pressure. This can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system.
